Question 1

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. The exact MOQ may vary depending on box size — smaller boxes typically require a higher minimum, while larger boxes can sometimes be accommodated at lower quantities. Contact us with your desired dimensions for a precise MOQ confirmation.

Question 2

What is your production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Our bulk production lead time is approximately 25–30 days after sample approval and order confirmation. The exact timeline may vary based on order quantity, box complexity, and material availability.

Question 3

Do you offer samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide samples, but a sample fee applies. The sample fee is fully refundable and will be credited back to you once you place a bulk order.

Question 4

How long does sample production take?

Accepted Answer

Sample production typically takes 3–7 days. This timeline depends on the box structure, material selection, and whether custom printing or logo treatment is required.

Question 5

Do you have products in stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we carry some stock inventory. However, the available styles are limited, and quantities vary by design — some items have larger stock levels, others are more limited. Contact us for current stock availability.

Question 6

Do you have a full size range for your boxes?

Accepted Answer

We offer a wide range of box sizes, but not all sizes are listed on our website. If you cannot find the size you need, contact us directly — we can check existing molds or develop a new mold for your required dimensions.

Question 7

Can you develop custom molds for new box sizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have in-house mold development capability. We can develop different molds to produce boxes in sizes that are not currently covered by our existing tooling.

Question 8

What customization options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We support customization of color, logo, material, and box style/structure. Logo treatments and material choices can be discussed based on your brand requirements and the box type you select.

Question 9

Can you customize the box structure, not just the printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Box style/structure is one of our customizable items. We can adjust or develop the box construction to fit your product and presentation needs, alongside color, logo, and material customization.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We have a Hong Kong bank account that supports multiple payment methods. Contact us for the specific payment channels available for your order.

Question 11

When is payment due?

Accepted Answer

Payment terms are confirmed at the order stage. Typically, a deposit is required before production begins, with the balance settled before shipment. Exact terms depend on the order value and whether it is a stock or custom order.

Question 12

How is shipping arranged?

Accepted Answer

After bulk production is completed, we contact you to confirm the shipping method and arrangement. We do not ship until you have confirmed the transport plan.

Question 13

Can you ship using my own freight forwarder?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Since shipping is confirmed with you after production, you can specify your preferred forwarder or let us coordinate based on your destination and timeline. We will proceed only after your confirmation.
